Worked for one of the other Big Bulk Haulage Players for 7 years at numerous sites which was a challenge most days.Had a few mates that worked at MLG for a few years and always heard stories of how they treated their People, Xmas family days and so many other events that used to happen.Since coming across to MLG I have experienced first hand the commitment MLG has towards its Employees ,not only just in everyday working environments ,but also in times of compassion and hardship.All I can say your definitely not a number here, MLG Value their people it goes without saying, if you’re hangin out somewhere else, make the move it’s a move you won’t Regret
